Partner Terms

Joining is free and there are no monthly fees. You apply through the partner registration form. Every application is reviewed by us before it is approved, so your account starts as pending. We may decline an application or end a partnership, and we will tell you why.

You need a TropiTrade account to take part. Keep your details up to date, in particular the email address we use to reach you and to pay you.

You earn 15% commission on the value of each qualifying order placed through your referral link, your QR code or your personal coupon.

An order qualifies when it has been paid for. Commission is calculated on the product value of the order.

When someone opens your link, we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days. If they order within that period, the sale is attributed to you. When a visitor has clicked more than one partner link, the most recent one counts.

Cookies can be lost: a customer may switch device, clear their browser, or use a browser that blocks tracking. In those cases we cannot attribute the sale. Contact us if you believe a sale was missed and we will look into it.

Commission is paid by bank transfer. You request a payout from your partner dashboard, and we transfer the amount to the bank details you provide there.

You can request a payout once your approved commission reaches 30 US dollars. Below that amount your balance simply carries over to the next request.

Commission is recorded and paid in US dollars. Your dashboard can display euros for convenience, but the underlying amount does not change.

You are responsible for the bank details you give us. We are not liable for payments that fail or go astray because those details were incorrect.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the related commission lapses. If it has already been paid out, we may settle it against a future payout.

You are free to share your link and QR code with your customers, on your website, in your shop and on social media. What we do not allow:

• presenting yourself as TropiTrade or suggesting that you speak on our behalf;
• unsolicited bulk email or other spam;
• claims about coverage, speed or pricing that we have not published ourselves;
• orders you place for yourself in order to earn commission on them;
• software, browser extensions or other techniques that overwrite a referral already recorded for another partner.

The marketing materials we provide, including flyers and posters, remain ours. You may use them to promote TropiTrade for as long as you are a partner.

To run the programme we store the details you give us when you apply: your name or company name, your email address, your website and how you plan to promote us. Once you request a payout we also store your bank details, encrypted.

We use these details to administer your account, attribute sales to you and pay you. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to third parties, other than the payment provider we use to transfer your money. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Commission is gross. Any tax due on your earnings is your own responsibility.

Both you and we can end the partnership at any time, without notice. Commission you have already earned on qualifying orders remains payable, unless the partnership ended because of a breach of these terms.

We may amend these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know by email in advance.
