Delete your account

Request deletion of your TropiTrade account and associated personal data here, even without the app.

We review your eSIMs and credit and process your confirmed request within 30 days. Your account remains available until processing. No refund is issued automatically. Once deleted, this account can no longer access your eSIMs or credit.

You will receive confirmation when your account is deleted. Only records we must legally retain, such as required order and invoice records, are kept as described in our privacy policy. Privacy policy
